With the hopes of catching the NKP unit on the Z4X, we were instead greeted by a regular NS SD70ACe leading a similar train, Z4R. This is a loaded crude oil train bound for the refinery in Delaware City, DE. Port Deposit is just west of the North East Corridor, and this is where many trains will call Amtrak CTEC-3 for permission to head up to Newark via the NEC. |
